On the map below you can see our route through Thailand. We did it in 4 weeks. We started of course a couple of days in Bangkok visiting the famous temples and buildings. The we flew to the north, to Chiang Rai. From Chiang Rai we drove with a car to the Golden Triangle, Doi Mai Salong, Pai, Mae Hong Song, Mae Sariang and eventually Ciang Rai. In Chiang Rai we celebrated a unforgettable New Years Eve.

From Chiang Rai we took a Bus to Sukothai, here we spend an few days to visit the ruins of the ancient temples. Then we continued our journey by bus to Bangkok. From Bangkok we flew to Trang and our final destination Koh Lanta. This island was a paradise. Here we did a lot of diving and relaxing on the beach.
